Fading Junctions

Memory exists in fragments, with each moment slipping away and shattering into the past. Nostalgic memories linger as fleeting and elusive visions. Through the use of 3D point clouds and AI, scenes from a remembered Hangzhou are reimagined, bridging the gap between fading recollections and the present-day landscapes of Philadelphia. This project intertwines the ethereal nature of memory with the tangible reality of the present, creating a dialogue between the lost and the living.
